We are abundantly confident in our practitioners and their knowledge and abilities to provide outstanding service. However, each client has differing needs and expectations, and we strive to ensure that each client is pleased with the work they receive at our center. We want you to leave satisfied with your session, every time - and, of course, exuberantly proclaim our center to family, friends, colleagues, your dentist, your daughter's teacher, the barista at the corner coffee shop... (you get the idea!)
If you feel that you expressed your needs and expectations for the session and they were not reasonably met, we will provide you with an additional session, equal in length and scope to your original session, with another of our qualified practitioners whenever possible.
Call our Director, or just return a completed comment card provided at the end of your session, and she will contact you to discuss your concerns and ensure we find the right practitioner for you!
Reasonable limitations to this guarantee exist - unfortunately we are not actually miracle workers or mind readers! - but we do want to do our best for you. Additional sessions are granted at the sole discretion of the Director. Please contact the center if you would like additional information or to talk to the Director.
